A concert of contrasts. Andre has S for Schwelle (threshold) or for S Bahn, embarking on a metaphysical contemplation of elements vanishing. In white, Abrahamsen’s Nocturnes and Air explore the nuances of the accordion, while Saunders has vivid red for Choler – temper and temperament – and sound is made physical with presence and energy in Fletch.
