This installation by a former sailor and naval engineer, who is fond of semantic confusion and great feats, introduces the outside world inside a hospital. Visitors operate a giant periscope which points a camera either towards outer space or the rooftops, with the sound of running water in the background. The images and aquatic sound environment are broadcast live in various places in the adjacent hospital.
