Choosing a minimum of 3 shows enables you to benefit from subscription price tickets ( a minimum of 3 shows for individuals under 28 years old and students)

- A 2€ booking fee will be charged for each subscription.

- Tickets can be posted to you by standard class mail, no later than one week before the show’s opening night.
- The Festival d’Automne à Paris cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or delay incurred during the sending of the tickets.
- Any complaints concerning the booking of tickets or subscriptions must be addressed to the Festival d’Automne à Paris either by telephone or letter.

Any confidential or personal data given to us during the booking process is used in the sole aim of enabling you save time (on future bookings).
Under no circumstances will this data be divulged, sold or leased to any third party.
Payment security
Maximum security for your e-commerce purchases is ensured by the SSL secure server. It encrypts, during input, all items of data necessary for your order to be processed (addresses, email, bank details etc). As a result, it is impossible for this data to be read during Internet transfers.

Cancellation of shows & refunds
In the case of a show being cancelled by the Festival d’Automne à Paris, any interested parties will be entitled to a full reimbursement up to 2 months starting from the date the show was cancelled. Only the Festival d’Automne à Paris is legally entitled to deal with complaints and/or legal disputes arising from products or services purchased.
If the dispute relates to payment operations, the banking establishment or third-party in charge of the payment system may be consulted. The designated address chosen by the Festival d’Automne à Paris is its head office. The Tribunal de Paris will have sole jurisdiction over all disputes concerning the implementation of the contract of sale or payment of the stated price.
With the exception of special arrangements made in writing, any client who makes a booking agrees to accept our full terms and conditions for online bookings. This excludes any special arrangements made in writing.
